Justin Zahra / MrZee, a sculptor by the day and painter of the night.

His Journey began in a garage where he was brought up by a tribe of hotrodders.

But then the ocean called and the 10 year adventure began, on the road in a jalopy, hunting walls of water and painting the experience.

Now, there is no time for being a Nomadic Surfer, he is busy giving his clients what they need. Sculpting Steel into Tiki's, Devils and oversized insects. Basically, he can make anything you think is cool.

His brush on canvas speaks the language of hot rods, yet with a  voice of his own. His experience as a pinstriper has loosley influenced his style of action painting. Although when he applies himself to realism, you will know what you see.

Prior to being a full time artist, justin worked in the surf industry, various hot rod shops, sign writting, engineering, bodymaking and blacksmithing.  These are some of the places he has gathered the skills to do what he does today.

His spare time projects are a yankee 34'  Ford  5 -window coupe ,, a custom 48' Ford pick-up and a chopped 57' triumph t-bird, these objects drive him to express as  a hot rod artist.  But it  is his 63' Ford Delivery which moves those sculptures to those places where cool cats live.
